Defects / shortages

We process all orders/items with the utmost care and appropriate protection before shipment. In case of visible defects, shortages and/or questions about the items you received, we request that you contact us within 72 hours of receipt. This can be done via our contact form or via info@qualooba-wholesale.com.

We ask you to clearly describe the complaint, supplement it with any photos and state the order number. This way we are able to handle your complaint or question and ensure optimal service and handling.
